Position Objectives Project Pathfinder, Inc. is an outpatient mental health facility that specializes in the treatment for individuals impacted by sexual violence and abuse; providing individual, group and family therapy, as well as specialty services for community corrections. We have immediate openings for a part-time therapist in the Red Wing, Hastings or Wabasha area to join our adult program providing psychotherapy and assessment services.
Duties and Responsibilities The position responsibilities include providing evaluations/assessments, individual and group therapy. Requirements A Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LPP,LP, SICSW) to provide individual, conjoint, family, and group psychotherapy for adults who have committed a sex offense. Duties include psychological evaluation, treatment planning and provision. Experience and training in the theory and techniques of sex offender treatment. A theoretical orientation and compatibility with Project Pathfinder, Inc. would include family systems, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral schools. Desirable Training/Experience Ideal applicants have professional experience in the field of sexual abuse, specifically therapeutic intervention with individuals who have committed sexual offenses.
